We use Australia Post STANDARD OR EXPRESS FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS. STANDARD delivery times ARE between 3-7 days. EXPRESS IS USUALLY NEXT DAY. All orders are trackable and require a signature on delivery. Please ensure someone is home to safely receive the parcel or it will be sent to your local post office and a card with further information will be left at the delivery address. You will receive tracking via email once your order has been dispatched.
We provide tracking but not insurance. Please note that Scotato is not liable for any goods lost in transit.

As our pieces are made IN LIMITED NUMBERS, unfortunately they can not be exchanged or refunded unless deemed faulty.
Our products are made with the highest quality and attention to detail. In the unlikely event that your item is faulty please email us immediately at info@scotato.com.au with your order number, images and a description so we can assess the fault. We will work with you to solve the issue and either replace, repair or refund the order.
